About every two years the unit has broken down during winter. I am on my third fan motor, third thermostat, second defrost board, second preasure switch, and the repairman in on his way because the unit just went down again. Its only 7 years old now. AND MAYTAG WILL NOT HELP AT ALL. THEY KEEP SAYING THATS WHAT THE WARRANTY IS FOR AND I KEEP ASKING IS A BRAND NEW UNIT SUPPOSE TO BREAK DOWN EVERY TWO YEARs. I will never buy Maytag again.
